This is where you tell us about yourself! We collect applications for 2-3 weeks, so make sure you submit before the closing date on the posting.
Our HR team will review your application to see if you meet the minimum requirements. Only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
Next our HR team will schedule a phone call. During the call, we'll ask you questions about your experience and expectations. You can also ask any questions you have!
Next is the interview with the Hiring Team. These are usually 45 minutes to an hour. We ask structured questions to avoid bias and make the process fair and reliable.
We evaluate candidates using a rating system to avoid personal bias. Ratings are based on the required skills, knowledge, and abilities you need to be successful at GoFor.
